Jorge Perez’s, world renowned developer’s best project to hit the Brickell scene. It is an island ambiance within the city. The Icon Brickell is considered a form of art that was designed by world renowned architect Philippe Starck inspired by Yoo. Three towers comprise the structure of the building and allow for the viceroy five star to be imbedded.

The building comes fully equipped with a spa, fitness center, private restaurant and has the largest pool in the state of Florida that extends across the pool deck. The pool scene resembles the Delano with pool side dining. Icon Brickell is an urban oasis, just steps from the financial district and downtown Miami and a short drive from South Beach, Coral Gables and the performing Art Center.

In addition, there will be a park that surrounds the structure of the building to create a residential impression.

My Opinion

The Icon is Brickell most decadent building located at the epicenter of the financial district. Philippe Stark works of art with iconic columns at the entrance of the drive way as you enter the building.
