    My Opinion

    Cervera Realty Service’s latest project to hit the streets of Brickell that is a step up from the Plaza on Brickell. It is only the second smart building in the United States that has technological capability throughout the residences.  500 Brickell can resemble the Plaza on Brickell in some aspects regarding the interior designs; however, the overall quality of the building surpasses its stature. Experience the plush amenities of the pool deck and courtesy lounge that joins both towers of the building.  Price points tend to be on the high end in comparison with neighboring properties due to its luxurious finishes and outstanding level of service.  More importantly the top units in the building have incredible unobstructed views of the Biscayne Bay overlooking the draw bridge that connects Brickell and downtown.
